5月22日，由Startup Grind深圳、Coding Girls和Ladies Who Tech三家分别代表了科技、职场和创业女性的社区组织，将在中欧创新中心举行特别系列活动“The Other Half”的首场活动：科技与社会：科技如何推动社会的发展。本次活动我们将探索现实中普通女性利用技术来改变生活的鲜为人知的故事。目的是让人们了解那些值得关注，但还未得到足够关注的事情。

On May 22nd, three community organizations, Startup Grind Shenzhen, Coding Girls, and Ladies Who Tech, representing women in technology, workplace, and entrepreneurship respectively, will host the first event in a special series called "The Other Half" at CEIBS: Tech & Society: Lesser-Known Ways Technology Is Powering Social Change. In this event, we will explore the little-known stories of ordinary women using technology to change their lives. The goal is to make people aware of things that deserve attention but don't get enough attention.

本次活动也是Startup Grind深圳今年的女性领导月活动 #SGWomen Leaders Month。每年Startup Grind都会举办“#SGWomen Leaders月”，以此来表彰世界各地成功女性领导者的成就。今年的#SGWomen月我们也获得了来自谷歌创业和硅谷银行的大力支持。

This will also be Startup Grind Shenzhen's event responding to our #SGWomen Leaders Month initiative. Every year Startup Grind hosts our #SGWomen Leaders Month-proudly recognizing the accomplishments of successful female leaders all over the world.

This year's #SGWomen month is proudly presented by Google for Startups and Silicon Valley Bank.

李霞，Power Solution深圳市诚信诺科技有限公司创始人，荣获2018亚洲开发银行新能源领袖，中国金牌社会企业，企业入选人大商学院案例，清华经管学院案例库及SAGE BUSINESS CASE,李女士自2009年起致力于为世界BOP（金字塔底层）贫困人口提供耐用、实用、可负担的清洁能源产品，至今为全球3000+万贫困人口提供太阳能灯照明，减少碳排300+万吨。

Li Xia, the founder of Power Solution, was awarded the 2018 Asian Development Bank New Energy Leader, China Gold Social Enterprise, her enterprise was selected into the Business School of Renmin University of China. Since 2009, Ms. Li has been committed to providing durable, practical, and affordable clean energy products to the world's BOP (Bottom of the Pyramids) poor people. Up to now, she has provided solar lighting to over 30 million poor people around the world, reducing carbon emissions by over 3 million tons.

廖敬仪 Lisa Liao

后生价值共同发起人

Co-founder of EnGender China

清华大学数据科学与信息技术硕士在读。2018年发起了后生价值的前身项目「See For She共情体验」，针对性别暴力防治教育领域，设计严肃性VR 游戏。2020年，联合成都大数据产业技术研究院发起了数据包容性品牌「穹顶数据DOMEDATA」，致力于促进数据要素的向善流动，消解数据霸权，弥补数据鸿沟。

Major in Data Science at Tsinghua University, Jingyi has launched one of the primary project of EnGender, naming 「SeeForShe」, a sexual harassment awareness, and empathy drills since 2018, and has designed a series of serious games targeting the prevention of gender-based violence. In 2020, she has launched a data inclusive brand 「DOMEDATA」jointly with Chengdu Big Data, aiming to bridging the digitalization gap.

Susie Liu

Susie received her degree in Economics from The University of Cambridge. Susie’s professional career began in investment banking, where she worked as an equity researcher covering companies in the consumer retail and luxury spaces. In 2016, Susie quit investment banking and moved to China, driven by her passion to build a new era of brands from the ground up. She joined Huawei, where she has lead global marketing for 8 products, spanning various functions, including public relations, media buying, and digital marketing. In 2019, Susie joined OnePlus to help former co-founder Carl Pei develop, launch, and market a new OnePlus smartphone line (OnePlus Nord) in just 7 months. Susie is also a contributing writer for Hacker Noon and CryptoDetail, and the Director of Ladies Who Tech Shenzhen.
